Ingredients
300 g soft margarine,

2 eggs,

6 tbsp powdered sugar,

1 bag of baking powder

500 g all-purpose flour,

4 tbsp fine semolina,

2 vanillas

EXECUTION:
Put the margarine, eggs, baking powder in the bowl and mix them well
Slowly add half the flour, vanilla, baking powder and semolina and start kneading

Finally, slowly add the rest of the flour and knead into a fluffy smooth dough that when shaped, the balls become smooth without cracks! Put the balls on the greaseproof paper and put a hazelnut in the middle of each ball and press them lightly

Preheat the oven resistance to 180 b! Put them in and as soon as 7 minutes have passed, quickly open the oven and lightly press the hazelnuts because they will stick out
Close the oven and bake them for 15 minutes depending on the oven

SYRUP:
Ingredients

800 g of sugar, 800 g of water and the juice of half a lemon

EXECUTION:
Boil for 5 minutes

As soon as we take the candies out of the oven, put them in another pan or pyrex or tupperware and pour the hot syrup
