Ingredients
- Trahana sweet wheat 3 fl. of tea (420 g.)

- Coarsely grated feta cheese 300 g.
- Fresh milk 500 ml

- Olive oil 1/4 fl. of tea (60 ml)
- Cow butter cut into cubes 50 g.
Execution Method
- Put the trachana in a small bowl and pour the milk so that it covers the trachana just enough. We leave it aside until it swells, almost having absorbed the milk. Then beat the eggs lightly and we throw them in the trachanas, add the grated feta, a little salt if the feta is salty then avoid it, pepper and finally the olive oil. Mix very well, and grease a baking tray No. 35 x 26, sprinkle with some dry trachana, and pour our porridge. Spread the butter on the surface of our porridge and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 1 hour until it turns pink. (resistors). Let it cool a little, cut it into pieces and serve.
