Driven by the stable and high quality, the incomparable taste of the dairy products, we created our cheese factory in Bara of Siatista, Kozani Prefecture, at the foot of Burinos, one of the most important habitats in Greece, which protects and preserves rare, unique flora and fauna included in the NATURA 2000 network in a location with vast pastures and fresh air.
Our experience guarantees the quality of Greek traditional cheeses, with selected milk collected by our farmers, that is, those who consistently ensure the purest milk, the priceless treasure of Greek nature.

This fresh milk is transported with care to our cheese factory where its quality is checked by trained personnel with compliance with all hygiene regulations at every stage of production.

All our products are produced from fresh goat and sheep milk, from certified producers in the area!
