The traditional "Tasoula" pasta, starting in 1990, has the sole aim of providing an alternative taste proposal to a healthy diet.

Our workshop collects pure ingredients (flour, semolina, milk, eggs) from the region of Western Macedonia and with great care and effort produces fresh pasta made with traditional recipes and the art of the good old days.

We have created a dynamic Industry (which produces pure products) in harmony with the imperatives of ISO 22000:2005 Management and friendly treatment of the environment. Conditions that modern consumers consider essential. Today, 23 years later, we continue to offer our pure traditional products from a new modern and productive place, in Vatero Kozani.

We welcome you on a journey of traditional tastes of Kozani at "Traditional Pasta TASOULA".

Our workshop offers the discerning consumer high-quality pasta, tasty, rich in nutrients, made with pure local ingredients and based on traditional Kozani recipes. Recipes that housewives used and still use today and we have kept unchanged.

Our products cover all preferences and offer something different to the everyday table, taking advantage of Kozani's long tradition in pasta. So in our workshop you will find products such as the traditional Kozanitiko Trahana, Petoura with Crocus or with Royal mushroom, Pontiac Evreston, Perek leaves, Teganopites which are the only authentic handmade ones.
