To understand when the oil is ready, we pour a small piece of bread crumb from the beginning. Once it turns golden, the oil is ready and we remove it from the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the bowl with the flour, alternately pour the oil with the orange juice, mixing with a wooden spoon, until they are finished. Sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar and lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knead for a maximum of 5 minutes, so that the dough does not harden too much, but remains fluffy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We put an amount of dough, the size of a small tangerine, in our palm and shape small leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We put a spoonful of filling there and close the edges so that they stick in small oval shapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the bibs in a pan (not oiled). We put them with the folded side down and at some distance from each other.
